科研方向:
主要从事纳米光学和半导体光学材料的可控制备、光谱物理与微腔光学功能器件的研究工作,包括:1)新型半导体光学增益材料如卤化物钙钛矿材料的可控制备;2)半导体微腔光-物质强相互作用、室温激子极化激元材料与物理;3)微纳激光材料与器件设计。
科研成果:
开发高质量低维半导体光电材料,探索光与物质相互作用新奇物性和微腔调控机理,开发高性能微纳激光器件。成果包括:1)实现钙钛矿低维半导体室温光子-激子强耦合,揭示强耦合辅助低阈值激射新机制,获得连续光泵浦微纳绿色激光源;2)阐明二维-三维混合钙钛矿激光损耗和增益动力学机制,提出二维为壳、三维为核的材料设计路径,实现超高光学增益自发放大辐射;3)发展低阈值、多波长微纳激光界面调控新方法,实现全彩色超强非线性光学信号输出,获得连续光泵浦二维半导体激光源。迄今发表论文120余篇,以通讯作者在Adv. Mater.、Nano Lett.、ACS Nano等撰写综述论文。担任中国材料研究学会青年工作委员会理事、Mat. Today. Phys.、JPhy.Photon.、《中国激光》、《半导体学报》、《发光学报》编委以及Photon.Res.、Sci. China Mater.等期刊客座编辑。
