RESEARCH INTERESTS

Our research interests relate to the controlled growth, accurate characterization and novel property exploration of two-dimensional layered materials such as graphene, h-BN, and transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) and their heterostructures. Through designing appropriate synthetic routes, we wish to achieve 2D materials related single-crystal wafers and powder-like macroscopic materials, and develop their applications in electronic devices and energy related fields.
