Introduction to the Forum

Material is a modern element with a long history.Since ancient times, humankind has never stopped its pursuit of materials with greater performance, a pursuit that has led human society to progress and driven round after round of technological revolutions. In order toimplement the strategy of invigorating the university with science, technology and talents, the School of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), Peking University (PKU) will hold 2022 Advanced Materials International Young Scholar Forum of Peking University during December 24-25, 2022. This forumwillfocus on cutting-edge science and technology advances in the field of advanced materials, aim at gathering outstanding young scholars in the related areas,and build a world-class academic interaction platform. The forum will discuss the latest research trends in advanced materials, promote academic communication and cooperation, andboostthe development of materials discipline through academic seminar and other activities. We warmly welcome all the excellent talents to join us!

Application Prerequisites

1) Applicants mustobtain a doctoral degree and be under the age of 40.

2) Applicants should be engaged inpostdoctoral programs of well-known research institutions or have formal teaching or research jobs.

3)Applicants should have strong academic records in the field of materials science.
